Coordinate pantry orders, ensure food quality, guide suite bussers, and handle guest requests.

Tasks

-Complete orders by garnishing cooked food items with appropriate garnishes. -This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may provide direction to Suite Bussers as needed based on guest requests -Answer phone calls promptly and handle suite-specific requests and guest needs as they arise. -Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and guests. -Communicate with the Level Attendant, Sr. Manager of Premium Services and Culinary on all issues, delays, complaints, and discrepancies. -Inspect food orders for accuracy, quality and presentation before delivery to customer. -Provide guidance to Suite Bussers on suite deliveries, bussing needs, and pickup requirements within individual suites. -Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation and expediting areas. -Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or equivalent -Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with Suite Bussers and kitchen staff. -Fast-paced environment -1-2 years of relevant serving experience preferred -Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. -Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. -Experience in a high-volume, high-quality food service operation preferred. -Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred. -Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. -Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a diverse environment.
