The Role

Overview

Lead architectural design and coordination for the MBS Stadium project.

Tasks

-Regular visits to manufacturing facilities to ensure agreed methods are being followed and that works are progressing in line with reporting -Oversee/monitor the design teams of contractor and LDC to ensure compliance with design intent -Monitoring on and off-site progress against the programme, including progression of design -Review and input into specialist heavy lifting strategies. -Monitor the design interfaces between primary steel frame and facade support to ensure appropriate measures are being taken. -Ensure flow of information is occuring, in both directions, to maintain off and onsite programmes

What You Bring

-In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices -A minimum of 10-15 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on large-scale projects, particularly in stadium or arena design -Bachelor's degree in Architecture -Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and successful project executions -Site presence during heavy lifting activities -Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred, with an understanding of local culture and design standards -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
