Account Manager - Client Relations

Manage client relationships and sales for commercial landscaping services.

Tasks

-Review specifications and contract documentation for each project. -Produce professionally-written proposals and communications for clientele and for internal use. -Proactively anticipate problems and suggest solutions to avoid customer complaints. -Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clientele. -Meet or exceed established sales goals for lawn and snow. -Communicate effectively with customers and Yellowstone Landscape maintenance production staff to ensure quality work is performed to the satisfaction of the client.

What You Bring

-Associate's Degree required and a Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered. -The capacity to drive to all work sites and conduct tours and visual inspections of the landscape. -Horticultural knowledge strongly preferred. -The ability to effectively coordinate and complete numerous activities simultaneously. -3-5 years previous sales experience. -Prior landscape operations management experience required. -Superb professional communication skills, both written and verbal. -Equipped with optimal and most professional equipment
