Tasks

-Submit a resume and recent transcript (unofficial) with online application. -Observe geophysical surveying projects at various locations around Ireland and Northern Ireland -Shadow and interact with the geophysical survey crews -Comply with all safety and standard procedures -Complete proper trainings in a timely manner

What You Bring

-Able to both collaborate with a team and perform duties independently. -Completed at least one year of the Sealaska Internship Program -Must be able to perform computer-based tasks and processing for up to 8 hours, including sitting or standing, mousing, interacting with information on a computer monitor. -Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary school/program or a recent graduate (1-2 years) -Commit to 7-week program timeline (1 week in Alaska, 6 weeks in Ireland and Northern Ireland) -You must successfully complete a background check prior to onboarding at Sealaska. -Self-starter with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment -Must have a valid passport -Must be 20 years or older at time of fellowship -Legally authorized to work in the United States -Complete online application at Sealaska.com/careers by January 11, 2026, to be considered for the first round of application review. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -At least a 2.5 GPA -Ability and willingness to travel internationally -Must be a Sealaska shareholder, descendant of a shareholder, or spouse of a shareholder. -You may be asked to provide proof of your status as a Sealaska shareholder, shareholder descendant, or shareholder spouse. -Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly. -Strong critical thinking and research skills -Ability to meet deadlines.
