Supervise electrical testing teams, manage projects, safety, and client relations.

Tasks

-Coordinate field service employees daily schedules. -Oversee the documentation of test procedures, review results, and generate test reports for customers. -Responsible for profit/loss on projects. -Conducts walkthroughs of job sites to discuss scope of work and/or any revisions based on customer requests or field conditions. -Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members. -Conduct regular safety meetings. -Assists in job execution and purchasing of job materials. -Serve as contact for customers regarding job related questions and concerns. -Promote and enforce a strong safety culture. -Responsible for maintaining and executing project schedules. -Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. -Construction document management including submittal review, RFI’s, change orders, and invoicing. -Supervise teams of electrical testing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards. -4-6 years related experience with data centers, industrial services, and primary power distribution. -Ability to read company manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; speak with poise and confidence, using correct English -NETA III or NETA IV certified preferred -Valid Driver’s license with good driving record. -Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. -6+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience (request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, RFI/submittal tracking) associated with construction and project execution. -Specific skills with protective relaying preferred -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, equivalent engineering science or 6+ years of related field service management experience in the electrical testing industry. -Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, business acumen, management ability
