Contract Support Specialist- Key Accounts & Admin

Overview

Support sales and operations by generating quotes, contracts, and managing key client accounts.

Tasks

-Coordinates with our technical accreditation team and other departments for needed approvals. -Support the coordination efforts between sales and operations when onboarding complex clients. -Input correct, complete, and valid data to avoid technical reverts and data issues downstream. -Receive multiple daily requests for quotes/contracts/amendments. -Work closely with both the inside and outside Sales Teams, Operations, and Auditors in calculating audit days, developing sampling plans, and any other need in their request. -Ensure Technical reverts are resolved quickly to prevent delays in certificate issuance. -Prioritizes KPIs and ensures continuity and turnaround time by managing own workload well. -Review requests for quotes/contracts/amendments and determine next steps when handling more complex scenarios. -Adheres to the guidelines to process requests in an accurate and timely manner.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of IAF MD5 & IAF MD1. -Knowledge of third-party accreditation requirements. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands. -Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. -Two (2) years of experience relating to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Other ISO schemes. -Excellent interpersonal skills allowing for good communication with internal and external customers. -Ability to read/interpret accreditation requirements on audit durations and sampling plan requirements. -High School Diploma -Two (2) years of client service experience. -Scheme knowledge of Food & Beverage, AS91XX and IATF. -Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to audiences of varying size, seniority and technical competency. -We conduct pre-employment background and drug screening. -Bachelor's Degree -Ability to support complex scenarios.
