The Role
Overview
Oversee community construction schedules, budgets, design coordination, and compliance.

Tasks
-Negotiate contracts with outside consultants for services such as architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering. -Coordinate input from Division Executives on site and architectural design. -Coordinate model complexes and conditional use permits. -Create and maintain site budgets. -Assist in preparing feasibility studies. -Coordinate DRE processing, CC&R’s, and set up HOAs, acting as a liaison and board member if needed. -Maintain community and construction schedules, overseeing all construction activities and quality control. -Support the Operations Department during the construction process. -Secure and manage the exoneration of necessary bonds. -Provide weekly written reports on progress, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, problem resolution, and safety meetings. -Supervise and coordinate with outside consultants for architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering.

What You Bring
-Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel (Spreadsheets), Power Point preferred. -Excellent analytical ability and strong writing skills. -This position may be eligible for commissions. -Work location will require travel to Enumclaw, WA. -High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Urban Design, Planning, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Minimum 7 years in community development, redevelopment, economic development, or housing preferred (public agency, private company, or non-profit). -Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. -Strong motivational, management, and organizational skills required.
