Tasks
-Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and road maintenance requirements -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define procurement needs and specifications for road maintenance projects -Implement and optimize procurement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency -Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly -Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders -Prepare and present procurement reports and recommendations to senior management -Analyze market trends, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements -Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative procurement methods in the roads and infrastructure sector -Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers -Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to contract closure, for roads operation and maintenance projects -Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations and standards

What You Bring
-Proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial management -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders -Outstanding negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and conditions -Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector -In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, strategies, and best practices -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities -Advanced knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems -Solid understanding of road construction, operation, and maintenance practices -Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations and standards -Strong understanding of contract management and supplier relationship management -Proven experience in managing procurement for roads operation and maintenance projects -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail -Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
