Tasks

-Stay informed about all services offered at the center, its amenities and facilities, its stores, promotional activities, and customer comfort tools; -Carry out the daily tasks related to the customer service desk in accordance with established policies and procedures; -Welcome visitors to the center; provide information, directions, and guidance while ensuring a customer experience marked by attentiveness, courtesy, and helpfulness; -Assist the shopping center’s management team with various administrative, operational, and basic marketing tasks; -Collaborate with service delivery teams (security, housekeeping, etc.); -Respond to requests from internal and external clients by providing accurate and relevant information, and redirect them to the appropriate contacts as needed; -Handle the sale of gift cards, cash balancing, and reconciliation of sales;
