What You Bring

Evoqua, a Xylem brand, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support operations at a major water treatment facility. In this role, you’ll design and optimize process controls, troubleshoot and resolve complex Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) issues, and ensure reliable plant performance. This is a high-impact position based in the Albany–Schenectady–Troy–Saratoga region, supporting one of Evoqua’s largest projects. This role calls for hands-on Control Panel expertise and a strong mix of troubleshooting, maintenance, and controls programming. You’ll work across Electrical & Instrumentation systems, navigating and modifying control logic as needed, while also servicing reverse osmosis and advanced water filtration equipment to ensure peak system performance Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position -3 year’s experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. -Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration equipment -Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering -Knowledge of physical chemical water plants. -Strong analytical and problem solving skills. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. -Proficiency in data analysis and simulation software. -Programming support (PLC,VFD, MCP etc.)
