Tasks

-Responsible for growing and cultivating business in North Florida, with a primary focus on Northwestern Florida. -Responsible for the financial and schedule performance of assigned projects. -Potentially serve as the Engineer of Record for projects. -Serve as the Project Manager on a variety of projects for the design of highways, roads, and intersections for FDOT and local municipalities. -Mentor junior engineers and designers.

What You Bring

CMA is hiring a Senior Transportation Engineer to work on Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Municipal highway / roadway improvement projects. Candidates should be able to efficiently plan and organize his or her workload with their team, demonstrate success working with a team of professionals, a commitment to quality, good communication skills, and a positive work ethic. -Experience working in the capacity of the project manager for projects preferred. -BS in Civil Engineering Required, focus on transportation/highways preferred. -MicroStation OpenRoads experience preferred. -FDOT and/or North Florida municipal client experience is a plus. -Ability to handle concurrent projects. -Minimum of 7 years of experience with designing highways. -Professional Engineer required, registered and experience in Florida preferred.
