CAD Revit Specialist/ BIM

Tasks

-Lead design reviews and stakeholder coordination, identifying potential conflicts, supporting project execution, and contributing to effective communication across teams. -Stay informed on industry best practices, contribute to process enhancements, and participate in meetings to provide design updates and support project delivery. -Manage Aconex information systems, oversee drawing and graphic production, and ensure documentation meets procedural and team requirements. -Maintain and update CAD drawings and Revit models, ensuring accuracy and reflecting design modifications throughout the project lifecycle. -Create and manage 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit for the Cableway System, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. -Implement BIM procedures aligned with ISO 19650, manage a Common Data Environment via Autodesk Construction Cloud, and ensure team compliance with digital standards. -Upskill team members on CAD and Revit, provide assurance and quality checks on design outputs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical components into cohesive transport system designs, while supporting design calculations and documentation.

-Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. -Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software, with a solid understanding of modeling, drawing standards, and best practices. -Proven experience as a CAD / REVIT specialist, preferably in transportation or infrastructure-related projects.
