The Role

Overview

Lead go-to-market, brand visibility, and adoption of data center solutions for MHIA's DCEM division.

Tasks

-Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral including presentations, case studies, promotional materials, and demo scripts. -Develop and execute launch strategies for new products, services, and features, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, establish measurable success metrics, and achieve marketing and communications goals. -Develop buyer personas and customer journeys to guide strategy, and design integrated marketing and communications programs that elevate MHIA’s presence in the North American data center market. -Manage the creation of internal and external communications assets, including publications, media relations initiatives, and client acquisition campaigns, that strengthen brand visibility and credibility. -Coordinate with internal marcom team in Japan to align on brand messaging and marketing contents. -Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer needs. -Design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. -Craft compelling messaging tailored to executives, decision-makers, and end users, ensuring consistency across all sales, digital, and event channels. -Train and support sales teams on positioning, messaging, and objection handling to ensure field readiness and alignment with branding strategy. -Track key performance indicators and present insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and ROI. -Develop and oversee thought leadership and product-focused content such as whitepapers, articles, webinars, social media posts, and videos, ensuring that all messaging resonates with customer needs, addresses industry challenges, and reflects MHIA’s brand positioning. -Act as the primary bridge between product management and sales, ensuring commercial teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully engage customers. -Define and communicate clear value propositions for MHIA Data Center & Energy Management solutions, highlighting differentiation and customer benefits. -Support the creation of content for global MHI DCEM marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. -Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product marketing, communications or related field. -Excellent writing, presentation, and media negotiation skills. -Demonstrated ability to develop, design, and execute marketing and communications strategies. -Lifting/physical requirements: Regularly required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, talk and/or hear Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds -Experience in B2B, data center, energy management, or industrial automation industries preferred. -Travel Required: 25% -Ability to collaborate with multi-cultural working environment including working with colleagues in Japan. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. -Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
