Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for Sisk’s Ireland division.

Tasks

-Sourcing candidates proactively through job boards, talent databases, and social channels -Drafting and posting engaging job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, IrishJobs, Indeed, etc.) -Providing a smooth, responsive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders -Scheduling interviews, supporting coordination logistics and handling candidate communications -Partnering with Recruitment Managers and hiring teams to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle -Ensuring accurate, compliant record-keeping and data management using our ATS and systems -Representing Sisk at recruitment and student fairs

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first mindset -A relevant third level qualification or professional Recruitment Certificate -A collaborative approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a can-do attitude -Exceptional organisational and time management skills -Familiarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems is an advantage -2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a related support role
