Overview

Support portfolio analysis, reporting, valuation and system automation for REIT assets.

Tasks

-Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions -Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas -Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio -Prepare management reports and board papers

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proficient in Microsoft Excel application -Possess strong analytical and financial skills -Strong advocate of staff volunteerism -Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
