In this pivotal role, you’ll lead quality assurance and document control across our regional projects. You’ll champion continuous improvement, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Manage quality incident reporting and promote lessons learned.
Lead the development and implementation of quality management plans and objectives.
Oversee document control systems and ensure timely submittals via Procore.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external inspections.
Support project teams with Work Packs, QA documentation, and testing compliance.
Deliver training and promote a culture of quality across the region.
