Tasks

-Assisting Outside Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives with post-sale customer support, submittal information and order entry. -Producing quotations using the Enterprise Resources Planning Software (ERP). -Answering inbound phone calls from customers looking for product quotes, purchases, or other inquiries. -Assisting with all walk-in customers and sales calls. -Coordinating order processing with Project Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Outside Sales team.
