What You Bring

Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation Preferably based in Oregon; surrounding states considered for top candidates Skilled in building chain of title and ownership reports from scratch Extremely tech-savvy and detail-obsessed Experience with or ability to quickly learn deed plotting software Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible) Extensive title research experience in courthouse settings We’re hiring a Title Agent with deep expertise in courthouse records and land title history to support a large-scale solar development program. This is not an acquisition role with light title work. We need someone who lives and breathes title — someone who knows the courthouse inside and out and can navigate deed records from patent forward (and backward) without missing a beat.
