Tasks

-Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. -Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. -Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. -Operates Motor Grader, which is used to grade excavation and embankment and to lay asphalt, base and other materials. -May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed. -Productivity tools: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.

-This operator may be a learner in the first phase of learning the skills of motor grader work. -May blade haul roads and do other general motor grader work, but does not perform finish grade work to close specification tolerances. -Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature. -Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials. -Less than a High School Diploma
