Tasks

-Customer Connect/Interface - Provide technical support to customers regarding RFT product selection, application know how, resolving technical issues to maximize leather chemicals usage. -Technical Trials - To develop Articles as per Customer requirement by conducting Technical Trials -Product Technology - To build high level understanding of physical and performance CTQ's for correct product recommendations, curing, lab tests to validate both physical and performance test properties, substrates compatibility, application techniques, knowledge of mixing and dispensing, environmental and regulatory compliances, failure analysis, technology limitations. -Collaboration - To continuously scan /interact with customers / channel partners markets/OEMs to identify the opportunity of new Product Dev or Product Improvement.
