The Role

Support project teams with quality management, audits and continuous improvement.

Tasks

-Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues. -Gather, analyse, and report on quality performance data. -Maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. -Assist in auditing activities (internal and external) and follow up on corrective actions. -Help coordinate quality training sessions and awareness initiatives. -Provide support during regulatory inspections and customer audits. -Support the implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS). -Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. -Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance. -Effective communicator with a proactive approach. -Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately. -Experience supporting audits and compliance projects. -Proficient in document control and data analysis tools. -Full UK Driving Licence (travel required across sites). -Good understanding of Quality Management Systems. -Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. -Qualifications/training in quality assurance, auditing, or similar disciplines.
