The scheme is targeting Passivhaus Classic Certification and represents an innovative approach to low-energy, high-density housing -a genuine flagship project for the studio. -Strong technical understanding of thermal bridging, airtightness, and fabric-first principles -Background in multi-residential or high-density schemes -Qualified Passivhaus Designer or Consultant or strong interest in sustainability -Confident communicator and collaborator within multi-disciplinary teams -Demonstrable experience working on certified or certifiable Passivhaus projects -Proficient in Revit and familiar with PHPP or related tools
