Tasks

-Examining the contractor’s work to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with the contract and shop drawings. -Conduct continuous technical inspections to confirm that quality measures are implemented daily -Conduct substantial and final inspections alongside the supervisor and designated personnel -Supporting fellow teammates by work sharing and collaborating -Review and maintain T&M records as needed. -Prepare daily inspection reports that summarize contractor staffing, work activities, and production levels sufficient to allow for payment. -Verify contractor adherence to contract requirements, quality control standards, and safety protocols -Delivering quality work for our clients and investing in their success.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of Structural Inspection experience on NYCDEP projects involving Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pumping stations, Combined Sewer Overflow, and Disinfection facilities. -Detailed oriented and reliable, while demonstrating a high-level of interpersonal, diplomacy, and organizational skills. -Clear verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to collaborate with multiple team members. -OSHA Construction 30-hour (preferred) -Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Structural preferred)
