Tasks

-Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context. -Establish standardized procedures and trainings to support team development and capability building -Develops operational plan for own department, meeting the expectations and deadlines of internal and external customers -Capture in a proper way customers issues and lead technical RCA to present to customer and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

-Be analytical with substantial experience in Quality management tools & methodologies, and management experience in projects or team environment -Problem solving mindset -Understand main customer requirements and needs, been able to communicate proper with customer. -Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives. -Proven analytical and organizational ability. -Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering. -Able to demonstrate experience in leadership roles -Effective problem identification and solution skills. -Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or college, MBA preferrable
