What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA preferred. -Strong written and verbal communication skills – in addition to competencies around editing and writing - materials produced will be routinely distributed and presented to executive management, board members, investors and other stakeholders. -Project management skills - proven ability to oversee a project with the objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately. -Ability to understand complex financing and credit agreements and experience working with lenders. -Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and invest time effectively. -Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. -Strong orientation towards results and a resilient work ethic with the emotional intelligence to know when to push harder and when to look for alternative approaches. -Minimum of 10–12 years of direct FP&A experience. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and writing materials for senior stakeholders. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus and clarity. -A logical problem solver with a curious attitude who can successfully navigate ambiguity to develop answers and insights. -Ability to navigate a matrixed, fast-paced environment with competing priorities. -Exceptional standards and professionalism with high attention to detail. -An agile learner with a highly analytical mindset, strong technical finance skills, and solid business acumen. -Demonstrated leadership experience managing a high-performing team to successful outcomes. -Background in finance, accounting, analytics, capital markets, or investment banking.
