  • Provide expert advice and support to both clients and internal teams, helping to address queries and maintain high standards of service.
  • Assist in developing, managing, and updating project programmes, ensuring that schedules and delivery dates are accurate and reflect any changes.
  • Maximise productivity through efficient resource programming, reviewing works orders for compliance, and seeking innovative ways to reduce wasted time and costs.
  • Track progress, prepare periodic reports, and analyse data to support informed decision-making and meet client and contract requirements.
  • Handle works orders, prepare sites for programming, and carry out any additional duties required by the Senior Planner or wider business.
  • Coordinate resources, including labour, plant, materials, and supply chain, while ensuring compliance with safety, traffic management, and regulatory standards.
