Tasks

-To liaise with Clients, Designers and Contractors as required by the scheme; -To attend pre-start and progress meetings as required by the scheme; -To attend design reviews and design team meetings as required by the scheme; -To advise Clients, Designers, and Contractors on their duties under the regulations; -To discharge the duties of Principal Designer or assist the Client / Principal Designer carry out their roles specified in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

-Proactive approach to project delivery, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions. -Registered CDMC membership of the Association for Project Safety (RMaPS); -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. -Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. -The ability to work under own initiative; -NEBOSH Construction Certificate; -Previous CDM Coordination experience within a consultancy organisation; -Excellent organisation and communication skills; -Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and client offices within the surrounding region. -The ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines; -A thorough understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and associated approved code of practice; -Driving License -NEBOSH General Certificate -Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. -Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. -Full UK driving licence -Familiarity with design risk management and pre-construction information collation. -Technician Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (TechIOSH
