Tasks

-Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion -Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team -Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and technical staff -Implement and maintain quality control and safety procedures on-site -Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met -Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations -Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems that arise during construction -Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, change orders, and technical submittals -Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success -Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently -Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards

-Excellent communication and leadership abilities -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field -Professional Engineer (PE) registration highly desirable -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proven experience in managing engineering and technical staff -In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards -Valid driver's license -Familiarity with local and federal funding requirements in the UAE -Innovative mindset with a customer-focused approach to project delivery -Experience with quality control and safety procedures in construction projects -Strong knowledge of construction management, inspection, and field support techniques -Proficiency in construction software and project management tools -Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery -Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction engineering/management, with 10+ years preferred
