Tasks

-Share expert advice and guidance to the members of the engineering survey teams and other parts of the business related to engineering surveying and geospatial best practice. -Setting out the works in accordance with the contract requirements before work is programmed to commence. -Ensure that the project has the appropriate survey control network to fulfil the construction requirements. -Ensure that the project team have the correct training/knowledge in how to work safely. -Develop engineering survey team members to meet project needs. -Review with the engineering team that sufficient information is available. -Provide a topographical survey in preparation for engineering works on site, setting out for the works, reports and measures and final survey information.

What You Bring

-Ability to use survey instruments, software and working methods. -Degree in Land Surveying or Engineering Surveying/Technical professional Membership of CICES or equivalent body. -ONC/B Tec in Land Surveying or previous experience as a Graduate Engineering Surveyor or Engineering Surveying Technician.
