Tasks

-Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Meets regularly with customers to become familiar with operating problems. -Act as contract coordinator for one of our large customer contracts. Coordinating with the scheduling team to ensure the contract is properly staffed. Generating service reports and ensuring customer invoicing is correct. Ordering materials and procuring necessary supplies for planned maintenance and customer shut down/outage windows. -Assists branch leadership with coaching and mentoring of branch technicians with the delivery of customer satisfaction and following operational processes. -Assists in developing quotes and estimates for identified L&M work and submits to the Customer, Service Manager or Customer Service Agent, as appropriate -Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, and or repairs -Providing Level 1 technical support and assistance with technical development for others. -Escalation points on technical issues and provides on-the-job training for other technicians -Provides safety leadership and instruction to all Technicians. -Assists management with assuring proper field operational disciplines of other Technicians are followed -Provides safety awareness and instruction to subcontractors on Johnson Controls work sites -Manages assigned work to meet a professional level of execution, on-time and to the customer satisfaction -Assists with the identification of material needs required for service delivery -Conducts self-study (reading, research, and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency. -Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction levels with assigned customers -Under general direction, perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation and replacement of HVAC mechanical equipment. -Completes all training and certifications as required by the company -Properly completes all required project and service documentation. -Regularly provides input on development and training needs of the branch -Adheres to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards. -Communicates with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site. -Provides solutions to others on very complex system problems by either troubleshooting or advising how to resolve problems -Ensures work is being performed in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. -Assists the Service Manager or Customer Service Agent with identifying and scheduling individuals with the correct skills and knowledge to perform repairs or installation
