  • Define and execute a sales strategy utilizing CRM (Salesforce); develop CRM contacts and log relevant commercial events in accordance with activity expectations.
  • Responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of dealerships within Construction & Transportation segments, resulting in new business volume across wholesale and retail financing in line with GBU strategy and DLL policies.
  • Connection – Build meaningful connections with other DLL members
  • Involve all relevant expertise (Risk, Operations, Legal, etc.) and bring together internal parties to structure deals.
  • Provide monthly forecasting on transactions in pipeline.
  • Execute on dealer/partner/vendor program requirements and liaise with all relevant functions and stakeholders to enhance new business volume results within the framework of the signed program agreements.
  • Structure and negotiate complex transactions, integrating legal and credit risk aspects.
  • Build, maintain and influence a network of internal and external stakeholders/partners and represent department, GBU and DLL to external stakeholders (dealers, partners, vendors), in line with business needs, policies and external developments.
  • Introduce new products and services to dealers/partners/vendors, providing information and training related to the programmatic opportunities, transactional activities, and DLL’s digital solutions.

  • Ability to travel to support the partner at key tradeshows as well as other relevant industry events.
  • Proficiency in the finance and relevant lease markets, including both retail and inventory finance.
  • DLL’s referral program applies
  • Knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Knowledge in the transportation industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate within a network organization and drive results.
  • Experience with CRM systems and related activities; reporting and monitoring a plus.
  • Travel approximately 20%.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, quality, correctness, and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (at least 5 years).
  • Deep and/or broad sales and marketing knowledge and experience.
