Tasks

-Champion a culture of continuous improvement to optimize processes and exceed customer expectations. -Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to identify defects and ensure conformance to specifications. -Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and management teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle. -Utilize root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies to resolve quality issues. -Analyze quality and production data to drive process improvements and enhance product performance. -Design and implement quality assurance systems and processes.

What You Bring

-5+ years of quality experience in a global manufacturing or technology organization. -Experience in inspections, audits, and data-driven process validations. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related field. -Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and standard operating procedures. -Proficiency with Minitab, Power BI, or SAP quality modules. -Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification. -3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within manufacturing or technology. -Proven record of leading cross-functional quality improvement projects. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to technical detail. -Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills for global collaboration. -Experience with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and CAPA methodologies.
