Tasks

Do you want to help keep people safe in their homes and ensure our properties meet the highest compliance standards? Your work will directly contribute to the safety and wellbeing of thousands of customers across our communities. -Oversee the delivery of landlord asset compliance programmes, including Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, LOLER, and other essential inspections -Produce clear, auditable reports to demonstrate compliance and inform decision-making. -Monitor compliance performance, identify risks and take proactive steps to resolve non-compliance issues -Carry out inspections and assist with refurbishment, maintenance and repair projects -Support procurement processes, manage contracts and ensure contractors deliver high-quality, safe services

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of the ‘Big 6’ compliance areas in housing -A full valid driving licence and flexibility to attend meetings outside core hours -Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights -Experience in landlord compliance, contract procurement and contractor management
