Tasks

-Provide the sales team with tailored, branded materials for trade audiences and events. -Act as the knowledge hub for customer channels (Distribution, Merchants, Retail, Installers), building strong relationships to understand their needs and market influences -Deliver tailored messaging to drive sales of Knauf products and services. -Monitor sales performance, deliver mitigation plans, and evaluate ROI on marketing activities to ensure budget efficiency. -Collaborate with the Data & Document Controller to ensure easy access to product and system data. -Ensure consistent and impactful representation of the Knauf brand, adhering to brand guidelines. -Develop and implement brand-focused POS materials to enhance visibility and engagement. -Track competitor activity, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend strategies to stay competitive. -Create and deliver training programs for distributors, merchants, and subcontractors on Knauf products. -Identify and address customer pain points, improving the overall customer experience. -Support product launches and create propositions to influence key decision-makers. -Work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign delivery across all channels. -Attend customer meetings, industry events, and forums to gather insights and promote Knauf’s value proposition. -Develop joint marketing plans with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective use of marketing funds. -Build partnerships with industry training providers to promote the Knauf brand.

What You Bring

-Are you a relationship builder and a confident networker? -Commercial and analytical, with experience of working within the construction sector an advantage. -Capable of effectively managing budgets. -Highly commercial with the ability to manage budgets and calculate ROI. -Track record in delivering growth and profitability across a product category. -Do you have a track record in delivering growth and profitability across a product category? -CIM Marketing or business qualification. -Strong project management skills are essential. -Proven record of bringing new products to market. -Experience of working cross functionally in project management and delivery. -Relationship builder & confident networker. -Are you commercial and analytical, with experience of working within the construction sector being an advantage?
