Tasks
-Operate dump trucks and related equipment with expert precision -Strictly adhere to all company and safety protocols -Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height. -Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed. -Maintain accurate time and material records -Meet all company and DOT standards for MVR and licensing -Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT standards -Comply with all OSHA/MSHA regulations

What You Bring
-Be willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed -Demonstrate excellent maneuvering and backing skills -Wear required PPE in designated areas (face shield, hard toe shoes, coveralls, etc.) -Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions. -Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check -Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely. -Maintain a valid CDL B license -Hold a valid DOT medical card -Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility. -Have 3+ years of experience driving trucks with similar weight and equipment (preferred) -Follow clear verbal and written instructions -Hold a high school diploma or GED -Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments. -Consistent work with growth potential -Be 18 years or older
