Handle customer calls, schedule services, and promote products for national accounts.

Tasks
-Gather information from the customer to ensure accuracy for our technicians. -Triage incoming calls from customers that require service/sales. Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule the appropriate service. -Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills -Promote all products and services -Enter detailed information in the service ticket that allows the dispatcher to match the best qualified technician to the customer's need -Maintain and promote a positive attitude toward customers regardless of the circumstances

What You Bring
-Two (2) years of customer service experience, or administrative work preferred -Must be proficient with technical applications, including Microsoft Office Suites -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to re-prioritize tasks -High school diploma or GED required -Must be able to work independently with little supervision
