The Role
Overview
Oversee maintenance contracts, schedule work, manage costs, ensure safety at refinery.

Tasks
-Plan and schedule maintenance works with contractors and internal teams. -Champion safety on site by ensuring all documentation (RAMS, Permits, RTRAs, SDS) is in place. -Hold and document regular meetings with service providers (weekly for scaffolding/insulation, others as required). -Assist in scope development, vendor sourcing, and management of various service contracts. -Coach and supervise contractors/refinery staff, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. -Update and manage cost forecasts; report progress weekly, including issues and milestones. -Raise requisitions, manage purchase orders, and receipt invoices; resolve any contract cost issues. -Coordinate site activities for fabric maintenance contractors (scaffolding, insulation, cladding).

What You Bring
-Relevant engineering degree/diploma or equivalent craft qualification (education and/or experience). -Proven experience in contract administration and management within a plant/refinery environment. -Strong leadership and team management skills to achieve plant goals. -Proficiency with planning and finance/procurement software (Oracle preferred). -Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal staff and contractor pool.
