Tasks
-Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations. -Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed. -Collaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service. -Support large industrial and global clients in technology and transportation sectors. -Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality deliverables. -Contribute to projects that ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. -Assist with EHS compliance, sustainability, and due diligence transaction projects. -Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies. -Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements. -Help organizations transition toward sustainable operations through innovative solutions. -Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs. -Perform Phase I environmental site assessments for property transfers. -Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with EHS compliance programs and management systems. -Ability to multi-task, work independently, and travel locally up to 60% of the time. -This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. -Certifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA30 or similar. -1–2 years of EHS experience, ideally in technology, data centers, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus analytical and organizational abilities. -Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area. -Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline. Or equivalent experience.
