-Processing, abstracting, analyzing, and administering Leases and other contracts -Follow instructions carefully and interpret guidelines to make informed decisions and take necessary actions -Manage time efficiently, effectively establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

What You Bring

-Employment Law (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc. -Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions -OSHA Compliance -Experience with filing legal documents with courts in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a collegial and friendly atmosphere -Show strong initiative and problem-solving skills, addressing challenges proactively with thoughtful solutions -Experience with drafting, processing, and managing documents and records within a complex electronic document management system, ensuring accuracy and organization -Able to collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities
