Assist customers, drive deliveries, and support sales of paint products in store.

Tasks

-Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, an informed conversation & personalized proposal. -Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor -Support your store’s monthly customer contact plan. -Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools. -Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience. -Load the van & plan delivery routes. -Play an active part in engagement planning & monthly store meeting sessions.
