The Role

Overview

Coordinate service orders, inventory, and admin tasks for Mircom's service team.

Tasks

-Assist with some light Warehouse duties as needed. -Monitor tech assets and distribution. -Review documentation for work order variances in invoicing. -Preform parts transfers from various warehouse locations. -Assist with reviewing documents for billing issues, hours, variances etc. -Monitor consumable stock levels, and place restock orders as necessary. -Review documentation for PO variances in invoicing. -Manage inventory and coordination of parts equipment and tooling for upcoming PMA and Construction projects. -Create purchase orders for various Service department requirements (i.e., vendors, subcontractors, equipment, tech requirements). -Aid with inquiries from AR, AP, clients, sales. -Inventory all tech assets and maintain equipment calibration schedules. -Aid with credit request from Service and Construction. -Create service call work orders and schedule technicians. -Create and review open work orders for resolving back logged issues-PMA and Construction. -Ensure work is perfomed in compliance with ISO quality standards & compliance procedures. -Document job folder and filing to virtual shared drives. -Maintain a clean and safe environment -Monitor vender assets. -Manage reception duties such as greeting visitors, handling incoming phone calls, office administration support and other time sensitive requests. -Create work orders for vendor service.

What You Bring

-Must be fully bilingual in French and English -Strongcommunication skills, written and verbal -Minimum 3+ years’ office administration experience -Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, etc.) -Post-secondary education (technical diploma or degree) -Strong organizational skills -Superior customer service skills -Strong interpersonal skills and team player -Ability to deal with confidential information with high degree of professionalism -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs -Ability to meet tight deadlines
