Tasks

-Review and process service work orders for accuracy and billing. -Maintain service logs, records, and daily status reports. -Coordinate daily schedules, service calls, and follow-ups. -Prepare morning emails, on-call schedules, and technician updates. -Assist with job price-outs and profitability tracking. -Dispatch service technicians based on job priority, skill set, and location. -Communicate with technicians, customers, and vendors to resolve issues.

What You Bring

-2+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support (HVAC/refrigeration preferred). -Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (SimPRO a plus). -High School Diploma required; additional HVAC or administrative training preferred. -Dependable, self-motivated, and detail oriented. -Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
