Tasks

-Reconcile technician labor hours in Yardi. -Ensure consistent and accurate communication between maintenance department and community/leasing offices. -Ensure prompt payment of purchase orders for COM activities and update vendor information in Suite Spot in alignment with WOMAs. -Update and adjust COM schedules based on technician production, absences and changes. -SuiteSpot Administrator to facilitate proper access, update team capacity and demand. -Coordinate QA, and punch list corrections to ensure timely completion. -Generate and review appropriate weekly and monthly maintenance reports to determine if there are any current or potential issues. -Responsible for duties of COM Manager, Other Department Managers, Resource Manager and Field Supervisors in their absence or as required. -Schedule and adjusts technician’s daily work load. -Verify that labor and parts entries are entered on all work orders.

What You Bring

-Experience with Yardi property management software. -Good organizational and administrative skills. -Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. -Forklift operation certification. -Experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office. -High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Superb attention to detail. -This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility. -A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. -Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
