The Role

Overview

Supervises workplace experience team delivering customer service and facilities support.

Tasks

-Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. -Communicate any / all potential workplace hazards and workplace procedures. -Develop and maintain vendor partnerships with the intention of cost-saving efforts. Assist with negotiations for contract services. Confirm that all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation. -Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. -Provide sufficient distraction free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly. -Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department. -Always enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan. -Approve client materials. Ensure materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain the integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery. -Investigate and resolve (if possible) all reported unsafe conditions / acts and communicate results back to the affected stakeholders. -Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. -Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required. -Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times. -May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. -Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc. -Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees. Review invoices as needed. -Support stop work authority when it is exercised in good faith.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred. -Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset. -Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. -In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. -Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.
