Tasks

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Engage in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives. Maintain laboratory equipment in clean, working condition and ensure proper waste disposal. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with laboratory standards. Adhere to PPE requirements and observe all HSE policies. Develop competency in advanced additive selection and fluid design. The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role involves performing quality assurance tests on company products, preparing laboratory reports prior to service delivery at the wellsite, and providing advanced technical support during additive selection and fluid design. Support Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical assistance. Maintain up-to-date safety training. Perform risk analysis before each task to identify and mitigate safety or quality concerns. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and contribute to performance improvement plans. Prepare technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Benefits

Travel expenses including meals, hotel, and mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile. Compensation: $19/hour – $21/hour
