Tasks
-May be responsible for properly installation various company home solution products in customer’s homes based on volume and staffing. -Order product based on job specs and products related to the installation process to maintain adequate stock and custom inventory. -Work with the Field Trainer on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the installers. -May be responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks, inclusive of shipping and receiving, as well as checking merchandise depending on location. -Work with the Installation Manager to ensure the daily installation schedule is attained. -Follow established job site safety rules, OHSA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures. -Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates. -Collaborate with all office and corporate functional teams to meet/exceed office and regional goals. -Partner with Service and Sales Operations teams to proactively address customer issues and resolve on first service call. -Perform administrative duties such as building job packets and solving funding issues. -Assist the Installation Manager in daily operations of the installation department including job production scheduling, warehouse and inventory distribution and counts, service scheduling and resolution, and pre-construction walkthroughs. -Work with the office administrative staff to ensure organized work and flow of jobs from schedule to installation completion. -Accurately enter job orders into the operations app for scheduling, inventory, and job costing purposes. -Assist third-party installation partners on job sites as needed with product staging and transport. -Assist as needed with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of third-party independent installers.

-Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.” -Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). -Must have reliable transportation to/from job site to perform job duties. -Local travel required. -Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). -Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection. -Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services. -Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately. -Experience in home improvement construction and/or residential installations such as walk-in tubs, windows, stairlifts, water filtration systems, gutter and gutter protection installation, kitchen refacing, etc. -Must hold a valid driver’s license. -Leadership experience. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality. -Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion. -Experience in skilled trades such as plumbing, electric, carpentry, etc. -Project management experience. -Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
