Tasks

-Maintaining accurate and up to date information on accounts -Resolving any issues with unallocated payments or outstanding queries -Ensuring accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are investigated -Proactively chasing overdue payments via all communication methods and collecting any outstanding payments -Sending reminders for upcoming payments -Liaising with customers regularly to understand their individual circumstances
