Tasks
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth strategy Drive product specification into commercial projects from initial design phase Represent the brand at industry events and A&D networking functions Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through to project completion Build distributor relationships and identify wholesale opportunities Establish and grow a network of architects, designers, specifiers, and developers across Melbourne and Victoria

What You Bring
Strong existing network across the architecture and design community (all project tiers welcome) Valid driver's licence for client meetings and site visits If you're someone with a strong A&D network who thrives on new challenges, enjoys the autonomy of building from scratch, and wants equity in what you're creating—this could be your next chapter. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently Pathway to leadership as the business scales and expands nationally 5-7+ years in architectural specification sales or business development within the A&D sector Ground-floor role with full autonomy to shape strategy and establish Melbourne market Tools of trade provided including laptop & phone Experience with acoustic panels, surface materials, or architectural products highly regarded Proven track record in relationship-building and consultative sales Comfortable working across commercial and residential sectors Start-up or new business operations experience highly valued
