What You Bring
We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor for an experienced Construction Manager to join a high-profile defence project. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in one of the most significant and complex construction projects in the sector. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, working closely with stakeholders to manage the day-to-day site operations and overcome technical challenges. -Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively. -Security clearance (or the ability to obtain it) is essential due to the nature of the project -Proven experience as a Construction Manager on complex, high-value projects (preferably within defence, infrastructure, or similar secure environments). -Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams. -Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field. -Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., NEC), and project controls.
