Tasks

-Review and approve design changes, material selections, logistics plans, and sustainability initiatives to ensure long-term performance and environmental compliance. -Supervise delivery of the Family Park Zone and Amphitheatre, underground utilities, green spaces, player tunnels for field access, and stormwater detention tanks and tie-ins. -Escalate risks, non-conformances, or interface issues to project leadership, while championing innovation and best practices in external works delivery. -Oversee future facilities including football golf, football academy, welcome building, underground utilities, green spaces, and two ancillary buildings (G+2). -Monitor CSC’s inspection and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and readiness for handover. -Manage delivery of the VIP car park with solar PV shades, player tunnels for field access, and underground wet and dry utility services. -Oversee the general contractor’s delivery of external works—including hardscape, softscape, utilities, roadworks, and carparks—ensuring alignment with authority and operational requirements. -Provide strategic guidance to the construction supervision consultant (CSC) on quality, sequencing, and integration of external works, including stormwater management, grading, and landscaping.
